'LineArcompass started with a vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Milan. The Bennetts, our founding family in 1985, opened a quaint family-owned eatery, drawing on ancestral recipes.
Emily Bennett, the creator of our restaurant, mastered pizza craft on a sojourn through Italy, apprenticing with Neapolitan pizza masters. Back in the UK, her mission was to offer the quintessential Italian pizza experience, adhering to age-old techniques and selecting premium components.
Our humble pizzeria, initially with just 12 seats, has blossomed into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness persists. Traditional wood-fired ovens continue to bake our freshly-made daily dough, combined with top-tier sourced ingredients.
Currently, 'LineArcompass is still in the hands of the Bennett lineage, with the second generation propelling our devoted crew. Although we've welcomed modern touches, our ethos remains intact: making scrumptious, true pizza that unites diners.
